To support our Technical Documentation team, we are looking for a permanent technical writer (m/f/d) in Munich or Stuttgart. It may also be possible to work remotely from other locations in Germany.

• Creation of technical documentation for customers from a variety of industries, such as mechanical engineering, plant engineering, electronics, information technology, automation, and building technology
• Supporting technical documentation workflows
• Optimization and continued development of documentation
• Project, quality, and cost management to ensure successful project outcomes

• A degree in technical communication or several years of professional experience in the field
• Very good German and English
• Strong knowledge of legislation, standards, and directives
• Experience with desktop publishing, image processing, and graphics tools, as well as with content management systems
• Experience creating documentation using a content management system such as SCHEMA ST4
• Professional and friendly when dealing with customers, excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, also when onsite with our customers for research purposes
• In addition, project responsibility in the medium-term

This can either be a part-time (30 hours) or full-time (40 hours) role.
