- First point of contact for customer requests on the subjects of operation and maintenance
- Carrying out service missions (at customer’s site)
- Training the customers and users
- Providing technical support for the preparation of service offers
- Documenting service missions and maintenance operations
- Skilled worker or technician in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Previous work experience in a similar position
- High level of competence in solving problems, service-oriented and friendly personality
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and in written)
