With the Miles2Markets project we are laying the foundation for future Daimler Truck Financial Services, by creating standardized processes and a uniform system landscape for our national subsidiaries. As a project team, we provide intensive support to the markets during system rollout and drive the stabilization of business operations in close collaboration with our IT department.

As Business Analyst for Accounting Project markets, you independently manage cross-market activities and collect the requirements for the areas of leasing and financing for customers.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In this role you will …

  • Be responsible for the projects and optimization of contract accounting, accounting processes and systems
  • Manage cross-market activities and drive the introduction of a standardized accounting process in the international subsidies
  • Be responsible for planning, detailing functional requirements, coordinating capacities with provider and obtaining technical requirements
  • Ensure the exchange of information between the market managers and the project and template teams

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT FOR US IF YOU …

  • Have a university degree in business administration, economics or a related field; international studies are an advantage
  • Have sound operational professional experience in various areas of financial services or related areas
  • Have international professional and project experience
  • English proficiency: You are able to communicate between different stakeholders, markets and across multiple levels
  • Have a good understanding of the accounting processes of a captive’s financing and leasing contracts; capable to set-up a CoA (Chart of Account) and define postings book and able to run any operational activities in accounting
