Then join Gen Re’s Business School team as a Training Specialist (d/f/m) as a 12-month parental leave replacement in our office in Cologne as soon as possible.
- Support of the Business School in their international training activities – seminars, eLearning offers and publications.
- Development of learner-centered training material from need analysis and conceptualisation to design and evaluation.
- Integration of innovative educational trends in existing and future training formats.
- Editorial work for eLearning units, newsletters and blogs – research, texting and revision.
- Moderation and presentation in seminars – taking the stage at ease.
- Management of cross-departmental projects including different Gen Re markets.
- Communication with clients – being their contact for all questions surrounding the training offers.
- You are an English native speaker or have a C2 level in English.
- You have successfully completed a university degree (e.g. adult education, psychology, medicine, biology, languages) or have Life/Health insurance experience (e.g. underwriting, claims management).
- You have a strong interest in and passion for training and people development.
- From digitisation and medical advancements to professional communication – you quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
- From web-based training to blended learning and exploratory new training methods – you are enthusiastic about new trends and the use of media in educational scenarios.
- No matter if it’s an article, a blog or an eLearning script – you find the right writing style and have the ability to express complex matters in a simple manner.
- You thrive in communication with others – with colleagues and clients as well as a moderator on stage
- Whether it’s two, three, or four projects – as an organisational talent, you remain calm under pressure.
- You are a service-oriented team player and ask the right questions to develop the best possible solutions.
