Description
STARK is a new kind of defence technology company revolutionizing the way autonomous systems are deployed across multiple domains. We design, develop and manufacture high performance unmanned systems that are software-defined, mass-scalable, and cost effective. This provides our operators with a decisive edge in highly contested environments.
We’re focused on delivering deployable, high-performance systems—not future promises. In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today.
Build and maintain high-quality cable harnesses for our UAVs. You’ll take wiring diagrams from engineering and convert them into rugged, flight-ready harnesses — from connector prep to final fit-out on the airframe.
This is a craft-based, workshop role for someone who enjoys precise, hands-on work with real flight-critical systems.
- Build cable looms to spec from drawings, sketches, or prototypes
- Crimp, solder, and terminate cables for power, data, and signal paths
- Label, route, and install looms into UAV airframes in coordination with technicians and avionics specialists
- Assist with functional tests and fault-finding of harnesses
- Maintain a clean, traceable record of harness builds (photos, drawings, labels, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and systems teams to ensure clean installation and maintainability
- Support build and integration timelines in a fast-moving development shop
- Experience with cable harnessing, ideally in aerospace, automotive, motorsport, or robotics
- Confident in using crimp tools, wire strippers, heat-shrink, continuity testers, and other harness tools
- Basic understanding of wiring schematics and connector pinouts
- Strong attention to detail — you take pride in clean builds and repeatability
- Workshop-based mindset — you like working with your hands in a structured, productive environment
- Bonus: Experience with UAV wiring or exposure to avionics builds
