Through our suite of supply chain software solutions, we make it easier for hospitals, healthcare providers and suppliers to drive cost and inefficiency out of their processes. We have plans to grow our business further and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Utilisation Specialist to join our Utilisation team.

The purpose of this role is to increase customer transactions in order to drive sustainable revenue generation for GHX.

The Utilisation Specialist is responsible for analysing transaction and customer registration data generated by GHX Exchange platforms, in order to identify trading patterns and opportunities for transactional volume and revenue growth. Using this information; this role will identify potential collaboration opportunities with GHX Customers to establish new trading partnerships and increase revenue through customer transaction volume growth.

This position interfaces internally with Sales and Solutions Delivery, as well as GHX customers to competitively position GHX in the market and drive the business strategy and growth.

The role has a direct impact on the GHX Customer Experience in supporting customers to handle their supply chain.

  • Bachelor degree level education or equivalent business experience
  • Min. 2 years working experience within a fast-paced commercial environment, working with large volume data, creating action plans and communicating with internal and external customers
  • Working knowledge of data input, ability to manage, sort data, produce reports, data base maintenance
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Desktop Products
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify and interpret data patterns and trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; using technical and non-technical language
  • Ability to quickly build trust and positively influence customers
  • Self-motivator and initiative taker, driven, reliable and a desire to improve
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Methodical, determined and persistent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Stress resilient and flexible to adapt to standards and concepts
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally
  • Fluent in German and English (written and oral).
