nThe purpose of this role is to educate Retail team on company security policy and procedures and ensure these procedures are implemented. To ensure data integrity and company assets are maintained.n
n

The Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for:n

  • nExecution of global Loss Prevention Strategy in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and part of Germanynn

n

  • nEducate Regional team on Loss Prevention, Health & Safety and Securitynn

n

  • nVisit retail stores educating team on Loss Prevention, Health & Safety & Securitynn

n

  • nAddress breaches of company policy with retail teamnn

n

  • nIdentify and investigate both internal and external theftnn

n

  • nLiaise with Regional Managers and Country Managers about breaches of company procedures in store and data integrity issuesnn

n

  • nData Analysis – work through monthly exception reporting and investigate findingsnn

n

  • nInvestigate cash variance/banking discrepancies as requirednn

n

  • nDrive LP awareness and culture with retail teamsnn

n

  • nConduct store audits – check company cash management and operational procedures are being adhered to and all equipment is functioning properly.nn

n

  • nEducation of Retail Team on Loss Prevention at workshops and management meetingsnn

n

  • nInvestigating store shrinkage and the implementation of action plansnn

n

  • nManagement/Maintenance of CCTV systems with weekly footage review of focus storesnn

n

  • nEnsuring compliance to Health & Safety laws in each marketnn

n

  • nManaging external service providers – H&Snn

n

  • nProvide guidance and support to H&S committees across Francenn

n

Administration:n

  • nEnsure punctuality and accuracy of all paperworknn

n

  • nReview and follow up of all LP and Cash management reportsnn

n

  • nTo ensure holiday requirements do not impact on company needsnn

n

  • nAdhere to Lovisa company policy and procedurenn

n

  • nTo ensure that all reports are submitted within required deadlinesnn

n

Your hours of work will vary in line with the needs of the business and opening hours of the Retail stores so you must be flexible regarding working hours.

Skills, knowledge, and personal qualities required:n

  • nMin 4 years of experience at Loss Prevention positionnn

n

  • nAdvanced Excel skillsnn

n

  • nFluency in French and English is a must, additionally German would be a benefitnn

n

  • nAnalytical skillsnn

n

  • nHigh attention to detailnn

  • nOrganizational understandingnn

n

  • nFlexibility and availability to immediate travel with ability to remain few days in constant travelnn
