We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global HR Business Partner to join our team in Wattens, Austria. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of our Global People Strategy in alignment with our company’s overall vision and objectives. As a strategic partner to our executive leadership team, you will lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, drive talent development, and facilitate business transformation.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure development, implementation, and execution of Global People Strategy aligned with company Strategy.
- Understand current/future Business and functional needs and translate into relevant HR actions & priorities.
- Coach, guide, challenge and support respective ExCo members and their leadership teams.
- Participate, contribute to functional leadership meetings.
- Provide functional leadership to local HR teams in our manufacturing sites to create ONE HR community.
- Focus on development of High Potentials and Succession Planning for Top Management and other key roles.
- Secure talent pipeline for critical roles within scope.
- Drive topics such as Culture, Talent Management, EDI, team building on leadership level.
- Assess organizational needs; define key capabilities for respective function.
- Drive performance culture through clear goal setting, performance tracking, development.
- Be a key member of the Core HR team and contribute to the HR Strategy definition.
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- App. 7-10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global corporate setting, preferably with experience in partnering with a Supply Chain function.
- Excellent knowledge of the manufacturing field combined with a good knowledge of logistics / supply chain topics.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking abilities; ability to influence and drive change.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills; ability to engage, collaborate effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management practices, including succession planning, talent acquisition, leadership development.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design, change management, driving business transformation.
- Ability to analyze data, metrics to make informed HR decisions; measure impact of HR interventions.
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results in fast-paced environment.

Due to legal reasons, we advise that the collectively agreed base monthly salary for this position is at least € 7.948,96 gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
