Regular interaction with customers and scheduling of your on-site services

On-site vibration data collection and predictive analysis, according to company standards

Isolate and identify failure modes in industrial equipment

Create analytical summary reports

Communicate findings and produce deliverables to customers in timely and professional way

Maintaining customer relationships with appropriate on-site contacts

Assist in training and mentoring of new employees

Perform equipment walk downs and gather information when requested

  • Vibration Analysis skills, with other predictive skills being an asset
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and make recommendations
  • Experience in troubleshooting and condition monitoring
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting, condition assessment, and corrective action recommendation including balancing as necessary, of customer rotating equipment assets
  • Knowledge of Ball Mills, Rotary Kilns, Gearboxes, Fans, Compressors and Blowers applications and systems
  • Good understanding of cement plants machinery operation
  • Experience working under stressful working conditions
  • Strong computer skills; both Hardware and Software, plus MS Office software skills
  • At least 10 years experience working in cement industry with minimum 5 years working as vibration analyst and condition monitoring expert.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Travel up to 60% worldwide, as required
  • Certification in Vibration Analysis of is requiredISO CAT II or higher
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Good German language skills
