  • As part of the global Process Owners Team, you will be responsible for the Design of Workday HCM Processes and consult, support, and train the global HR-Community functionally as well as the HCM Team on configuration, architecture, and improvements.

  • You will be the Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager for the Redesign of Workday Security, as well as for the localization/ redesign of Workday HCM

  • Hence you will be responsible for the assessment and management of HCM and Security Change Requests for our major countries and the globe. This includes the execution of Proof of Concepts (HR-related view and WD-view), Planning of Projects / CRs (as well as Reports), Creation and lead of Design Concepts and Design Workshops, Quality Assurance (incl. test management), Budget Controlling, Training… in close alignment with internal und external Implementation Teams and other relevant Stakeholders.

  • You will be the functional Lead of the Workday Core Team and hence coach Junior Consultants, and define and track the work packages and steer configuration items with Configuration Consultants

  • Furthermore, you will set up Governance guidelines and tools, to ensure the correct and smooth maintenance of Workday Core within your functional team

  • Degree in the field of Business Administration, HR Management, Business Informatics or similar

  • Over 5 years of professional experience in the field of HR or IT Management, Process Design and Engineering, Employee Lifecycle Management, Project Management and Process Optimization

  • Over 5 years hands on experience in configuration of Workday HCM and Security, with broad experience with intersection security, business process configuration and advanced reporting

  • Successful participated in Workday Trainings and holding Workday Certifications

  • Solution-oriented mindset

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking

  • Strong in organization and communication skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German

  • Availability for international travel, if needed
