The Global Field function is responsible for managing, coordinating, and optimizing our field business. Specifically, this means that we take care of the sales & installation of new equipment as well as the service & modernization business.
- Be the Driving Force: Actively participate in exciting transformation projects in business development and marketing strategy and work closely with our teams across various regions to connect global business strategies with regional market needs and opportunities.
- Connect and Collaborate: Act as the vital link between Global Field and our business units across the world. Your communication skills will ensure seamless coordination and effective teamwork.
- Own Your Impact: Take responsibility of reporting tools and processes, ensuring smooth operations and the timely submission of high-quality performance data from our global counterparts in order to enable valuable insights for strategic decision making.
- Innovate and Upgrade: Be at the forefront of continuous improvement. Bring fresh ideas to improve and optimize existing business development practices. Help develop new strategies, tools, and frameworks that drive market penetration and support long-term business growth.
- Customer Engagement: Support the development of customer engagement strategies and touchpoints, using data to identify pain points, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer journey.
- You are a registered student in a business, economics, or a comparable subject.
- You have experience working in international work environments and count stakeholder management as one of your strengths.
- You bring along the highest levels of initiative, team orientation and a great sense of responsibility & ownership.
- You are proficient in the core MS Office suite of applications; Excel & PowerBI skills are extremely important.
- You can comfortably work in an English-speaking environment.
- You are available for at least six months (20 hours/week).
