Your Hundertserver mission:
Your mission as a working student in business development (m/f/d) is to work closely with the founding team on a wide variety of interdisciplinary projects while implementing your own projects with a focus on growth and efficiency. The Main Tasks:
- Support business development projects
- You perform market analyses and develop business cases, product approaches, new processes, and other business ideas.
- You perform data analyses and prepare presentations for the management together with the team
- You support various topics in the area of Growth & People Development
- You define metrics to evaluate and continuously monitor the performance of our people
- You will assist in analyzing operational performance issues
- You are in the middle of your bachelor’s or master’s studies in the field of business informatics, economics or similar. You are eager to gain extensive work experience in a dynamic work environment. You are characterized by your hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving ability and are confident in conducting internet-based research as well as in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
You are familiar with MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and are open to data-based programs and tools - You ideally already know about finance, HR, and/or sales/marketing

- You have business fluent language skills in German and English
