Are you a motivated student with strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in Carrier Procurement and Integration operations while working in a dynamic, international environment? If you have a proactive attitude and a keen eye for details and are ideally based in Berlin, this role is perfect for you!

  • Manage two external service providers and coordinate internal processes.
  • Handle invoice control, reporting, and data maintenance.
  • Oversee account inquiries and label configurations.
  • Support procurement and integration projects.
  • Contribute to process optimization and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

This is what you need to succeed

  • Enrolled student in a Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field and able to work 20 hours weekly.
  • English (C1) & German (B1) proficiency.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with databases, scripts, or APIs.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
