The Digital Empowerment unit of EDT reports directly into the Digital Board Resort and aims to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital upskilling and reskilling journeys. More specifically, we empower employees to embrace digital change through structured digital upskilling that provides the skillset, toolset and mindset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company. As the Learning Ecosystem Management (LEM), we’re contributing to E.ON’s transformation into an all-digital company by building a comprehensive ecosystem at E.ON (E.g. Through platforms, digital empowerment communities, and third-party learning content & learning tool partnerships), offering varied and engaging development experiences to our employees. The Digital Empowerment Communities are an enabler in driving cross-functional, group-wide and international collaboration, by forming a community ecosystem, open for every employee, with currently over 5.000 community members around digital topics such as Application Development, Data & AI, Intelligent Automation, Digital Marketing & Sales and more
