  • Assisting with data preparation and processing in the CRM system
  • Answering support requests and solving challenges related to the CRM system
  • User management responsibilities
  • You are jointly responsible for monitoring and ensuring data quality in our CRM system HubSpot documenting processes for internal training and reference purposes
  • Preparing and conducting training sessions and training material for HubSpot and supporting users with questions about operations
  • Customize HubSpot views, features and workflows to better support our global teams from lead generation to deal closure and execution

  • Strong understanding of IT and ideally experience with Sales and Marketing processes (B2B)
  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program (bachelor, master) with an availability of 15-20 hours/week
  • Experienced in the configuration and administration of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Ideally experienced in the handling of workflow automation software (e.g. Zapier) and process mapping tools. You are also very confident in using the MS Office package
  • Good knowledge of data preparation and -processing
  • You are business fluent in English and German
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
