We are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Working Student to join our Customer Success Team in Prague for 20 hours per week.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction by helping our customers succeed and advising them on new products and services.

  • Conduct an analysis of the products and services offered to current customers.
  • Provide guidance on maximizing the value of Usercentrics’ latest solutions.
  • Deliver customer satisfaction through product knowledge.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Usercentrics’ low-touch customers.
  • Communicate and present the results of your work to internal stakeholders effectively.

  • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in customer-facing roles.
  • A “hands-on” mentality with a passion for tackling new challenges.
  • Strong affinity for communication and a user-centric mindset.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Eager to acquire knowledge and become a pivotal member of the Customer Success team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
  • Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish, Italian, or German, would be an advantage.

Location

Hybrid in Prague (minimum of 2 days a week from the office)
