In an ever shifting and increasingly complex business environment, this role offers you the chance to engage with our compliance and sustainability efforts, supporting the enforcement of regulations, internal policies, and our own high standards.

• Policy Review: Assist with updating compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Help monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations and learn how to create meaningful reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing our compliance program, focusing on ESG topics.
• Training & Education: Help design and deliver workshops and training sessions and other awareness-raising measures.
• Communication: Assist in communicating compliance-related information and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Regulatory Research: Research relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Projects: Assist with special projects and provide administrative support in day-to-day business operations.

• Education: Enrolled student pursuing a degree in business administration, law, or a comparable subject.
• Personality: Good communication skills, solution-driven mindset, service mentality and openness to work in a multicultural environment.
• It´s international: You demonstrate strong intercultural skills and an excellent command of German and English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• MS Office: You have a good command of the MS Office package.
