CPX Research, a product of Make Opinion GmbH provides innovative survey solutions for website and mobile app operators, enabling users worldwide to participate in fun and exciting surveys and earn rewards/virtual goods. Our solutions are already used on thousands of mobile apps and websites from a wide range of portfolios such as earning sites/apps, cashback/discount/voucher sites, crypto earning apps/sites, and mobile game apps from over 100 countries. Our goal is to continue to grow this network, expanding our global reach. For this growth, we are looking for Partner Managers focusing on different markets/countries.

Tasks

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented working student to join our Survey Optimization Team. This role is crucial in enhancing our survey qualification process (meaning: we ask users initial profilers to find out if he will be a match for our clients surveys) and execution process, ensuring that we maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our data collection efforts. By categorizing and mapping survey profiling questions and answers, you will play a key role in refining our approach to gathering market insights, ultimately improving user experience and data quality on a global scale (in more than 100 countries)

Your Role:

  • Categorize Questions and Answers: Organize our extensive library of survey questions and answers, ensuring they are accurately classified.
  • Map Similar Questions: Identify and link questions with similar answers to streamline our survey process, avoiding redundancy and enhancing respondent experience.
  • Review User-Reported Questions: Address and resolve issues with survey questions as reported by users, maintaining the integrity and quality of our surveys.
  • Global Scale Operations: Work with survey materials in multiple languages, catering to a global audience and adapting content for cultural relevance and accuracy.
  • Improve User Experience: Contribute ideas and solutions to refine survey design and participation process, making it more engaging and less burdensome for respondents.
  • Detail-Oriented Observation: Execute tasks with an exceptional level of attention to detail, recognizing patterns and inconsistencies that could impact data quality and survey efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • English language skills, any other language are a great advantage, but optional
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to categorize and systematically organize complex information
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Ability to work independently on repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the willingness to voice observations and suggestions for improvement.
  • You are enthusiastic, competitive, self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
  • Multitasking is not a problem and priorities should also be able to be adjusted
