You are excited about digital transformation? You have creative ideas on communicating digital topics to internal audiences? Then work together with the Communications team of ZEISS Digital Partners in bringing new ideas and communication assets to life. You will support our team in effectively and efficiently planning and creating communication measures that will inspire our colleagues via multiple communication channels.

  • Support the ZEISS Digital Partners’ Communications team alongside all possible internal communications touchpoints

  • Maintenance of intranet pages

  • Bringing in fresh ideas and creating communication assets for different internal channels such as writing articles in German or English

  • Creating and editing videos

  • Supporting in organizing internal events or workshops (on-site, hybrid or remote)

  • Creating presentations and reportings

  • You have successfully completed at least 2 years of study, preferably with a background in corporate communications, marketing, change management or business with excellent university grades

  • You have gained first (internship) experience in the corporate, startup, or agency world preferably in a communications department

  • You are passionate about communications, digital technologies, ZEISS‘ products and digital transformation

  • You are able to work in an independent, goal- and output-oriented manner and have a strong “can do” attitude

  • You have strong communication skills paired with empathy to easily navigate corporate as well as “geeky/nerdy” environments

  • First proven MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel), skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) are a plus

  • English and German language skills: you are fluent in both

For the position, it is expected to work from the Munich office at least once a week and be open to a working student employment of min. 6 months.​
