Working Student – IT Support (m/f/d)

We are a Hamburg, Germany-based scale-up dedicated to democratizing cancer diagnostics. By leveraging artificial intelligence, we enhance pathologists’ ability to identify cancer quickly and accurately. Our AI solution is the first to be implemented in clinical histopathology for primary diagnostics in the USA.

We address a critical challenge in modern healthcare: the growing demand for medical image analysis amid a static number of cancer experts. Utilizing state-of-the-art deep learning, we develop support tools for visual diagnosis that enable cancer experts to deliver reliable results and concentrate on areas where human expertise is essential. Optimizing cancer diagnostics with machine learning is complex and demands top-tier talent. At Mindpeak, you’ll collaborate with industry leaders in deep learning, pathology and entrepreneurship.

As a working student in IT Support, you’ll be part of our tech team and take on essential tasks in technical and administrative areas:

Creating and editing offer and tender documents

Preparing and conducting IT security assessments

Creating and maintaining regulatory and compliance documentation

Providing internal IT and first-level support for colleagues

Supporting IT administration and cross-functional processes

You are currently studying Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security, Information Management, Media Informatics (for user-oriented support), Electrical Engineering with IT focus, or a similar field

You are looking for a long-term position with development potential

You work in a structured, independent and service-oriented way

You ideally have first experience in IT support or system administration

German skills are a plus, but not required – our company language is English

You are based in Hamburg and available to work on-site regularly
