As a Working Student (m/f/d) in our Vendor Support team, you will be working with dynamic and
multination team that’s primarily focused on supporting our Vendors.
Key responsibilities:
– Provide support on post-sales issues to vendors that are currently live on our marketplace
– Continuously improving and documenting our processes while learning
– Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace
– Serving as the first point of contact for some vendor service escalations that might come from our
Customer Service department
- Enrolled in a university course
- Availability to work about 16-20 hours a week
- Ideally, first working experiences – even if they are in a different setting
- A structured, organized way of working; conscientious and reliable
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, specially Excel
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluent/Native level communication skills in English and Spanish;
- Nice-to-have: French and/or Portuguese
- Any additional European languages would be beneficial.
