As a Working Student (m/f/d) in our Vendor Support team, you will be working with dynamic and

multination team that’s primarily focused on supporting our Vendors.

Key responsibilities:
– Provide support on post-sales issues to vendors that are currently live on our marketplace

– Continuously improving and documenting our processes while learning

– Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace
– Serving as the first point of contact for some vendor service escalations that might come from our

Customer Service department

  • Enrolled in a university course
  • Availability to work about 16-20 hours a week
  • Ideally, first working experiences – even if they are in a different setting
  • A structured, organized way of working; conscientious and reliable
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, specially Excel
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Fluent/Native level communication skills in English and Spanish;
  • Nice-to-have: French and/or Portuguese
  • Any additional European languages would be beneficial.
