We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (m/f/d) to support our expansion goals in these regions.
Your Focus: The primary focus of this position is on sales in the Balkan market. You will be driving sales growth through acquiring new customers, maintaining existing relationships, and promoting our hardware solutions. The goal is to strengthen our presence in the region through effective sales strategies and direct customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: You will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partners in the hardware sector (power supplies and UPS systems) in the Balkan states and maintaining existing business relationships.
  • Market Analysis and Development: You will analyze the market for power supply solutions, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies for expanding into new markets and acquiring new customers.
  • Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: You will develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen the market position of FSP Forton Source Europe GmbH in the region.
  • Offer and Contract Management: You will create tailored offers for our hardware solutions and lead negotiations through to contract completion.
  • Technical Consultation: You will support potential customers with technical advice regarding our power supplies and UPS systems and work closely with our technical team to provide customized solutions.
  • Representing the Company: You will participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to represent the company in the Balkan states.
  • Reporting: You will prepare regular reports on market and customer developments as well as sales figures and present them to management.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in Sales: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on hardware products such as power supplies and UPS systems, as well as knowledge of the Balkan markets.
  • Career Changers Welcome: You do not necessarily need a background in IT – what matters is your passion for sales, willingness to learn, and desire to delve into technical topics.
  • Technical Aptitude: Willingness to familiarize yourself with the specifics of our hardware solutions in order to provide the best possible advice to customers.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English skills and if you speak one of the Balkan languages will be a plus
  • Networking Skills: You have a strong network in the sales field and experience in building long-term customer relationships.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: You possess strong communication skills and negotiation expertise, especially in a technical environment.
  • Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel regularly to the Balkan states to meet customers and partners in person.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and competitive data to identify opportunities and develop actions.
