(Associate) Transaction Manager (all genders)

• You develop, maintain and optimize financial models in accordance with industry best practices and in close collaboration with your team and make sure that you are always on top of the numbers.
• You perform valuations of investments and opportunities in an ongoing and transaction-oriented basis utilizing appropriate methods (e.g. DCF, multiples, etc.)
• You support our equity transactions primarily on the sell-side as well as project finance transactions across Europe for our large and further growing renewable energy development portfolio (PV, Wind, BESS).
• You are drafting information materials, IC documentation and other internal presentations as relevant.
• You assist in negotiations of relevant transaction contracts (SPA, EPC, O&M, Facility Agreements, PPA, etc.) in close collaboration with other internal teams.
• You manage packages of the due diligence process vis-à-vis investors and lenders on the sell-side.
• You advise our Business Development Teams in evaluating investment opportunities and project feasibility.
• You perform market research in the energy sector where relevant.

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Maths or a related field.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, investment funds or transaction advisory, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
• You have advanced proficiency in financial modelling and analysis, with a strong command of Excel, VBA knowledge is a plus.
• You are an open personality willing to dive deep into details with a high quality expectation and are passionate about the development of renewable energies.
• You posses strong oral and written communication skills and love to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You are fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
