Drive back-office transactions for a bank at the forefront of change.
Do you have sound experience of finance, preferably in back-office operations, or financial administration? Are you well versed in at least one of the following products: MM, Repo and FX treasury products, loans, securities, interest rate and currency swaps, long-term issues and ECPs from a back-office perspective? Then you can play an important role in administering high-value, high-volume transactions for a pan-European development bank with a unique social mandate.

Implementing operations and processing and validating transactions efficiently and accurately, you will make certain that all our post-trade activities are smooth and seamless. This will involve executing and recording requests from the front-office, investigating and resolving any operational discrepancies, and managing settlements whilst reconciling securities portfolios with depositories.
At the same time, you will oversee the collateral administration of swaps (margin calls, substitution of securities and contract management in triResolve), guarantee the integrity of our data and develop new procedures and practices to increase efficiency and reduce risk, so you can expect significant impact on the way we work.
To join us, you should bring:
- A degree level qualification in management, finance, banking, market operations management or a related discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of at least one of the following products (MM, Repo and FX treasury products, loans, securities, interest rate and currency swaps, long-term issues and ECPs) from a back-office perspectiveAn exceptional level of IT literacy, including office automation tools (Excel, Word, databases), back-office systems and ideally Bloomberg.
- Familiarity with the SWIFT payment system and clearing processes.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving against strict deadlines.
- Full fluency in either English or French, backed by a working knowledge of the other language.
