to start asap. The ideal candidate will optimize our marketing campaigns’ performance and operational processes, using existing systems and data. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and drive online lead generation as well as marketing success, supporting ambitious business growth plans.
- Drive lead generation aligned with regional marketing and business growth goals
- Manage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other tools
- Develop segmentation strategies for personalized campaigns
- Implement lead scoring models to enhance the sales funnel
- Collaborate with marketing managers on campaign objectives and target audiences
- Set up campaigns, including email, landing pages, and tracking mechanisms
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics for improvement
- Continuously conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements
- Develop omnichannel marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and retention
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities and analyze market trends
- Foster innovation by bringing new ideas to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience (min. 5 years) in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Fluent in English and German; French would be a strong plus
