Admissions & Sales Manager

We have an opening for someone to work in our busy Admissions team and be responsible for the recruitment of students and the management of the admissions process. The right candidate will have a marketing and sales background and will have experience in the education (or related) industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Student recruitment

  • Processing student applications from start to finish

  • Sales and business development

  • Networking

  • Relationship management and liaising with relevant stakeholders

  • Maintaining existing and establishing new key relationships with educational agents across Europe and further afield

  • Conceptualising and running key recruitment events

  • Delivering presentations and sales pitches

Your Profile:

  • Proven sales experience

  • Results and target driven

  • Excels under pressure

  • Self-reliant and able to work under own initiative

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Great problem solving abilities

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to think outside the box

  • Teaching experience would be an advantage

  • Native-level English (spoken and written), German would be an advantage

  • Willingness to travel in Europe and further afield where required

  • IT skills: Microsoft Office and CRM tools, CMS knowledge a plus.
