Head of Manufacturing (m/f/d)
- You will shape the future of production at the site in Laupheim and ensure its competitiveness.
- One of your core tasks will be to focus on the overall performance of production processes in the series, spare parts and project business.
- You will also guarantee the highest quality and on-time delivery.
- As Head of Manufacturing (m/f/d) you will create an inspiring and motivating working environment and ensure sustainable company development together with your leadership team.
- In addition, you will work continuously to optimise processes and modernise production through digital solutions and you will identify potential for improvement, implement new technologies and drive digitalisation to further increase efficiency and quality.
- You successfully completed a diploma or master’s degree in aviation, mechanical engineering, economics or a comparable qualification.
- You have 3 to 5 years leadership experience as well.
- You also have knowledge regarding MS Office and SAP.
- You are characterised by very good leadership skills, analytical and structured thinking and a goal-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of English and German, strong communication skills and assertiveness round off your profile.
