As a Partner Account Manager, you will be building trusted relationships with our partners and help them learn everything about our product suite to ensure they are comfortable with selling our products, with the common goal of driving revenue growth.

  • You are the #1 in-person point of contact between our partners and Haiilo when it comes to training and product enablement
  • Cultivate and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations, ensuring seamless communication and the realization of successful partnerships
  • Continuously assess and optimize partnership performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing innovative strategies for maximizing results
  • Oversee existing partnerships, maintaining open lines of communication and driving collaborative efforts to achieve sustained growth and mutual value
  • Establish and ensure a regular feedback loop for our partners and make sure this feedback is recognized internally

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong sales focus
  • Proven track record of acquiring and nurturing successful partnerships
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, complemented by the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the versatility to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English and German
