Description
To be able to expand our network, we are searching for experienced and high-qualified experts for our talent pool. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 6-12 months.
Currently, we are looking for a PMO with experience in international ERP programs and/or IT system rollouts with min. 4 years’ experience in this role.
Our clients are mostly located in the DACH region. Therefore, only applications from candidates within the EU can be considered.
- Works closely with Business and IT leads to track project deliverables and tasks
- Ensure project planning is set up and activities and status is tracked and managed
- Support governance structure and reporting
- Prepare top management presentations
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Set up and manage JIRA
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as PMO and/or Project Manager in complex projects, programs and system rollouts within ERP
- Knowledge of agile working methods like Scrum and/or SAFe
- Understanding of project management processes and methods
- Time management and organizational skills, hands-on mentality
- Communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment in an efficient and accurate manner
- Experienced in using project management tools, such as Smartsheet
- Experience working with JIRA
- Experience in preparation of management presentation, tracking tolls, templates and project frameworks and documentations
- Excellent skills in English spoken and written
