Join TAKKT Group – we are looking for motivated employees in Budapest or Stuttgart to strengthen our team as a Project Manager – Category Management (gn) to shape new worlds of work!

  • Project Planning & Delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor projects by defining objectives, roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery
  • Process & System Transformation: Lead IT- and process-related initiatives, including the implementation of new systems and the optimization of existing workflows
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g. Procurement, Sales, Logistics, IT) as well as external service providers to ensure effective coordination and knowledge transfer
    Budget, Resource & Risk Management: Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks; identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Communication & Reporting:Prepare status reports and decision documents, and conduct workshops, presentations, and regular updates for senior management

  • University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a comparable field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a B2B or retail environment
  • Solid understanding of category management and procurement processes, combined with hands-on experience using project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, paired with analytical and strategic thinking, assertiveness, and a structured problem-solving approach
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
