- Review, revise (partially draft) and maintain contract templates for wind energy projects and develop regular revision schedules
- Collaborate and negotiate with various departments, such as legal, project management, sales and after sales regions, to ensure that contracts are up-to-date with current laws, regulations and internal policies, and reflect best practices
- Develop and implement global standard guidelines to streamline contract creation process
- Provide training to other departments and support colleagues on contract standards and best practices / guidelines
- Manage and organize a repository of contract templates and guidelines
- Create KPI analysis and continuously monitor, evaluate and optimize our processes
- Conduct regular reviews of contractual documents to identify and mitigate risks
- Bachelor’s degree in business law, business administration or related field, alternatively similar qualifications
- Ability to interpret and explain contract terms and a deep understanding of legal requirements and best practices in contract administration
- Proficiency in risk assessment on contractual terms and conditions
- Experience in contract management, project management or sales / after sales, preferably in the wind energy sector, would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with the specific challenges and risks associated with offshore wind projects
- Proficiency with MS Office and other contract management tools
- Fluent in German and English, preferably with exposure to a bilingual contractual environment
- Ability to translate contractual terms between both languages
