Development/Improvement of business process standards in the area of Customer Services through assigned projects

Definition of project content from initialization

Implementation of projects in ownership

Independent reporting to the appropriate Steering Committee

Global roll-out of developed concepts and processes

Coaching of service responsible and users world wide
University degree in economics, computer science, business administration or engineering

Preferably with further training in the fields of process management, commerce, supply chain management or IT

Minimum 5 years work experience whereof 3 years in comparable position

Experience in project management and change management

Strong ability to interact as the link between business and IT

Strongly related to IT and master data

Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP

Fluent in English is a must, any other language is preferred

Willingness to travel (~25% of working time)
