• Support the Global Innovation Management Team across the USA, Germany and Japan as they strive to uncover and develop true innovation
• Assist with maintaining and improving our innovation landscape, ensuring the continuous flow in our ideation pipeline
• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations, ensuring its smooth function to back our ideation campaigns
• Monitor the stream of ideas and analyze their potential, making sure they’re in line with our strategic goals and can contribute to our innovative edge
• Handle data management duties, organizing and analyzing information that is vital to our innovation projects, and turning data into actionable insights
• Develop and refine data visualizations to aid in reporting, providing the team with clear insights that support decision-making in the global innovation management process

• Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably in Engineering, Business, Innovation Management, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong interest in innovation management, technology platforms, and data analytics
• You have a high proficiency (written & spoken) in German and English
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
• Experience with Google tools (drive, sheets, forms, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
