Join our Microwave Development Division in Munich (Germany) at the earliest possible date.
– Support in the creation of large-signal models and PDK elements for MMICs
– Programming and implementation of model parameter identification routines
– Assistance in the development and execution of AI-driven test setups for the characterization of microwave modules
– Support in the analysis, evaluation, and documentation of measurement results
– General support of ongoing research and development activities in the RF and microwave domain
– Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field
– Solid understanding of nonlinear system modeling and its application in RF and microwave engineering
– Knowledge of large-signal behavior of typical microwave semiconductor devices, including amplifiers, switches, and mixers
– Strong programming skills, with the ability to develop efficient and scalable solutions
– Experience with analog circuit design and simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office (MWO), or Keysight ADS is an advantage
– Familiarity with small- and large-signal characterization techniques for microwave devices
– Experience in the automation of test setups, including measurement control and data acquisition
– Git experience is an advantage
