  • You develop and implement productivity and process improvement strategy for Business unit Onsite & Bulk Germany aimed at optimizing existing processes, and improving profitability.
  • You provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to deliver productivity projects through efficiency improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
  • You Join business owners to establish priorities, identify areas of improvement, and align productivity targets
  • You design, initiate and steer Change management across the organization; and shape a powerful productivity mindset within the Business unit
  • You Identify project/program issues and risks, define, and implement mitigations, and ensure project execution quality and adequate resource allocation

  • You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields, and 7+ years of experience in productivity and process improvement, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • You have extensive project management and leadership experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects and programs.
  • You show excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • You are proactive and show visible leadership and ownership in exchange with senior managers and executives.
  • You have gained experience in agile methodologies, design thinking, project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Scrum, SAFe), as well as experience in in-house application development and digital solutions development.
