The Business System Manager will be responsible for overseeing ib vogt’s ERP system, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the consolidation software LucaNet. This role involves leading a small team, setting up and maintaining efficient processes, and ensuring organizational adherence to these processes. Rolling out ib vogt’s ERP global.

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LucaNet.
  • Ensure systems are configured to meet business needs and industry standards.
  • Manage and resolve any issues related to ERP systems in a timely manner.
  • Lead and mentor a team comprising an ERP Manager, LucaNet Administrator and Process Managers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members.
  • Develop, document, and implement robust accounting and finance processes.
  • Ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor adherence to established processes across the organization and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work closely with the Director Accounting and Tax and other key stakeholders to align system capabilities with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP and process-related inquiries and support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in ERP systems.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate new features and functionalities that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems management, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LucaNet.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong background in process development and implementation within a finance/accounting context.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
