  • Communications management: develop, roll out and control internal and external communication concepts and measures
  • Stakeholder support: provide communication advice and support to internal stakeholders
  • Message development: translate complex topics into clear key messages for various communication channels
  • Channel management: manage, develop and advise on (internal) communication channels, especially the global intranet
  • Editorial management: manage EMEA-wide intranet editorial office and planning
  • Regional function development: integrate, develop and strengthen EMEA-wide network of sub-regional Communications peers
  • Global coordination: work closely with and support global Communications peers, contribute communication expertise to cross-cultural and international project collaboration
  • Business development communications: support global business development function by regional communications planning, coordination and implementation in M&A projects
  • Innovation and vendor management: drive innovation in communication processes and manage agencies, suppliers, timelines and budgets

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Business Administration or related field required, MBA or other applicable post-graduate degree preferred
  • Long-standing professional experience in internal and external communication, marketing communication and/or PR in international organizations, companies or agencies, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Expertise in the management and further development of the global intranet and other communication channels from both an editorial and a technological perspective
  • Experience and knowledge in corporate M&A activities and communications advantageous
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 environment; knowledge of other AI-featured software beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated ability to work editorially, develop communication concepts and execute strategic communication plans
  • Empathy as a moderator and integrator of various corporate stakeholders with a clear understanding of business strategy and a customer-centric mindset
  • Strong teamwork and social skills
  • High-performance attitude coupled with hands-on mentality and pragmatism to drive high-quality results
  • Enjoyment of collaborative team environments and ability to work independently with reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
