Description

Your mission

As a key member of our small development team within a product-focused company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our product. Your primary focus will be on manual testing, with opportunities to expand into Test Automation. As the first QA professional on the team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead to establish and refine QA processes.

In this role, it’s essential to have a comprehensive understanding of the broader context. This includes a deep knowledge of our users and their workflows, our operational and technological constraints, and our financial, operational, and product metrics. The quality of our product is directly tied to customer satisfaction, and you will be responsible for upholding this standard.

We prioritise speed over perfection, value experimentation over the status quo, and prefer decomposing tasks over bundling them. You should be comfortable with our continuous deployment approach, which may involve executing multiple releases daily.
