- You create premium visual assets for paid social media, email marketing, and web channels, with a strong focus on video editing and motion design that captivate and engage the audience.
- You develop and execute high-impact, on-brand campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team, showcasing exclusive, limited-edition artworks to a global audience.
- You innovate LUMAS’s digital presence by introducing fresh, creative ideas that elevate the visual language across all platforms while ensuring alignment with the brand’s premium aesthetic.
- You produce impactful videos, animations, and motion graphics using After Effects and other tools to create dynamic content tailored for social media and digital advertising.
- You enhance digital campaigns with striking visuals that strengthen the brand’s connection with its audience, driving engagement and showcasing the uniqueness of LUMAS artworks.
- You continuously refine and optimize creative assets, using performance insights to ensure each piece of content resonates and delivers measurable results
- 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong track record of creating high-performing digital marketing assets, particularly for paid social media campaigns and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in the luxury or premium market sectors is preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, with the ability to independently execute motion graphics and video projects.
- Knowledge of Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate for HTML5 assets, and tools like Blender or Cinema4D is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney or similar is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage feedback effectively, and deliver high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing, user engagement, and premium brand aesthetics, particularly in art or luxury markets.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
