As a Working Student in Recruiting, you will join our dynamic and international People & Culture environment, actively supporting our recruiting activities as well as other people related projects. This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment process while gaining valuable insights into all areas of local and global HR work.
Your Responsibilities:
- You provide support in the entire recruiting process
- You act as a key contact for candidates, scheduling interviews and ensuring smooth communication at all stages of the recruitment process
- You work independently with our applicant tracking system
- You use different psychometrics tools to support the decision process
- You assist in talent sourcing through social media and recruiting platforms
- You support in creating and publishing job advertisements
- You contribute to various People & Culture projects, providing input and assistance as needed
- You support various HR transactions and day-to-day tasks
- Enrolled student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR or Recruiting is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Willingness and curiosity to deepen your knowledge in HR/Recruiting and develop new skills in the field
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers at all levels of the company
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with applicant management systems is a plus
- High level of initiative and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and German
