We are looking for a content marketing mastermind to define and drive our content marketing vision and execution. As our Director of Content Marketing, you will lead the charge in shaping Aeyde’s cultural positioning as a modern luxury brand and play a key role in elevating it alongside top-tier fashion houses, guided by creativity. You will work closely with our Creative Director, Art Director, and Digital Teams to connect the dots across departments and craft seasonal content rollouts that strike the perfect balance between creativity and commercial impact. You will oversee the development and implementation of content across all channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance at every customer touchpoint. This position is based at our Head Office in Berlin.
- Define the cultural vision of the brand, blending creative storytelling with commercial strategy to position Aeyde as a culturally resonant luxury label.
- Lead the overarching content strategy, weaving seasonal narratives, product messaging, and editorial direction into a cohesive and elevated brand voice.
- Translate seasonal collections and creative concepts into clear, compelling, and digestible content across all channels—ensuring relevance, resonance, and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that build anticipation, drive hype, and convert interest into action.
- Partner closely with the Digital Team to tailor content for each platform and channel, optimizing for performance and context.
- Oversee long-form content (e.g. editorials, interviews, magazine pieces) and short-form formats (e.g. web, email, social copy) with equal excellence.
- Create adaptable content formats and brand-aligned guidelines that speak to different customer needs, moments, and touchpoints.
- Strategize and manage editorial calendars, timelines, and full-cycle content production workflows to ensure seamless delivery.
- Leverage analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing to continually refine strategies—balancing brand storytelling with measurable performance.
- Own editorial relationships and creative collaborations, commissioning editors, creators, and cultural contributors to bring fresh perspectives.
- Stay ahead of cultural currents, fashion trends, and emerging voices to ensure content stays fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking.
- Lead and mentor a small team of editors and project managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and creatively ambitious environment.
- 5+ years of experience in communications, media, content, editorial, or brand marketing.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism.
- Proven ability to lead multi-channel content strategy (across campaigns, product marketing, editorials).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills (native English preferred).
- Experience translating seasonal collections and brand concepts into digestible content across platforms.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing creative needs and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Data-familiar mindset, comfortable digesting performance insights and actioning them.
