- Proven experience in project or stakeholder management, ideally in renewable energy, market research, or related industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with designing and managing knowledge-sharing platforms or industry forums is a plus.
- Solid understanding of renewable energy markets, particularly photovoltaics, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Strong Organizational Skills with Experience in Data Management: Ability to efficiently organize and maintain stakeholder databases.
- Proficiency in English and German (both written and spoken) is essential. Further European languages are welcome.
