Description

  • Operation and programming of Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machines (Crysta Apex / MCOSMOS)
  • Responsible for carrying out series measurements and special measurements using a 3D coordinate measuring machine to determine the geometric dimensions of the components
  • Independent creation of measurement programs according to the specifications of the advance quality planning for the 3D coordinate measuring machines
  • Quality monitoring and informing production in the event of deviations as well as assistance with start-up problems on the system
  • Ensuring the prescribed quality/quantity

  • Completed technical vocational training
  • Professional experience in measurement technology, ideally in the automotive or automotive supplier industry
  • Knowledge of operating and programming Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machines Basic knowledge of metal is an advantage
  • Independent working style, resilience, high commitment as well as good communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of spatial imagination
  • User knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of technical drawings and documentation
  • Knowledge of 3D coordinate measuring technology
  • Basic English knowledge
