To support the continued growth of our network, we are looking for experienced and highly qualified experts to join our talent pool in Germany. We regularly staff international projects with a minimum duration of 6 to 12 months.

Please note: The exact tasks and responsibilities will be defined based on the client’s needs in each individual project request.

We are currently seeking SAP Archiving with experience in S/4HANA environments. Candidates should also bring expertise international SAP Transformation Programs.

Partial on-site presence in Germany is required.

Please note that only candidates based within the EU can be considered.

  • 7+ years of work experience within large-scale SAP/ERP/IT transformation programs
  • 7 years’ experience in SAP Data Archiving and proven track record in delivering successful SAP data archiving projects in large-scale SAP environments
  • Minimum5 years of experience in defining Data Archiving strategies and processes (data archiving in SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA))
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with all aspects of SAP ILM archiving from requirements gathering to implementation and post go-live activities.
  • Experience in assessing and analyzing data volume in SAP systems, identifying archiving opportunities, and executing archiving projects to optimize database performance.
  • Strong understanding of data compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) and how they apply to SAP data archiving, ensuring that data retention policies are properly implemented and adhered to.
  • Skills in optimizing system performance through effective archiving strategies, reducing database size, and improving system response times.
  • Ability to clearly communicate archiving strategies, progress, and benefits to business users, stakeholders, and technical teams. Skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with archiving in the context of SAP system upgrades, migrations (e.g., from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA), or cloud transformations would be an advantage
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
