Description

  • Programming, setting up and operating CNC machines
  • Identification and rectification of errors/malfunctions and deviations in the machining processes
  • Initial sampling and transfer to series production with coordination of the QA measures
  • Monitoring of production and machines
  • Optimization of machining processes
  • Documentation of work processes
  • Reporting of deviations to superiors

  • Completed training as a cutting machine operator, specializing in turning technology or equivalent qualification (e.g. industrial mechanic)
  • Professional experience desirable
  • Knowledge of programming machines with Mazatrol and Siemens controls is an advantage
  • Manual skills and technical understanding
  • Reading technical drawings and knowledge of parts testing
  • Reliable, careful and team-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system or rolling shift
  • On-call duty on weekends if necessary
