As part of our expansion into pregnancy support, we’re looking for a compassionate, proactive, and clinically experienced Pregnancy Care Expert to guide members and support our team with world-class care.
Tasks
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct virtual consultations with members on pregnancy-related topics.
- Be the internal go-to expert on pregnancy for the Member Experience team.
- Audit and support the development of pregnancy care content.
- Help train and support our Member Care Experts.
- Maintain and update a pregnancy knowledge hub with global applicability, including multilingual resources, regionally adapted medical guidelines, and culturally sensitive educational content.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- You are a certified midwife or registered nurse with direct patient experience.
- You speak excellent English and communicate with warmth and clarity.
- You’re confident, kind, talkative, and make people feel at ease.
- You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- You have experience (or interest) in virtual care or digital health.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in video consultations or training others.
- Familiarity with global pregnancy practices.
- Content review or editorial experience in healthcare.
