Description

  • You plan, create, and optimize email and WhatsApp campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle (e.g., newsletters, automations, and lifecycle flows).
  • You continuously develop and refine our CRM strategy with a strong focus on retention, activation, and customer loyalty.
  • You analyze campaign performance using key KPIs (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, CLV) and derive data-driven insights and optimization opportunities for future campaigns.
  • You design and manage A/B tests to continuously improve our CRM initiatives.
  • You actively contribute to improving the customer experience in a fast-growing, dynamic company.

  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • You have several years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or DTC environment.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
  • You have experience analyzing and optimizing CRM campaigns based on key performance metrics (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, CLV).
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools, as well as A/B testing and segmentation, is a plus.
