In this role, you will be directly shaping how our customers optimize their purchasing and finance processes through our software solutions, making a real impact from day one.
Your Role at a Glance
As our Senior Consultant, you will be the go-to person for delivering tailored solutions that help our customers streamline their processes.You will:
- Consult our customers in the implementation of our software solutions
- Analyse business processes and identify of optimization potentials
- Conduct workshops and training sessions at our customers’ sites/remote
- Develop customized concepts for the implementation of customer requirements
- Have a close cooperation with our Sales and Product Development team
- Implement dedicated existing customer support (Key Account Consulting)
Your Experience and Skills
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable
- Professional experience in Consulting companies in the area of purchasing and procurement or finance
- Methodological knowledge and experience in the area of multi-project management
- Knowledge and experience in software projects, process design and technical process integration desirable
- Confident handling of common office applications
- Business fluent in spoken & written French & English
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
