  • Coordinate and support regional business activities, meetings, and reporting in collaboration with department heads and branch offices.
  • Assist in collecting and consolidating data for regional analysis, KPIs, and business reviews.
  • Support project tracking, implementation timelines, and deliverables across multiple departments.
  • Facilitate internal communications and ensure alignment with corporate goals and regional strategy.
  • Manage the calendar, travel arrangements, appointments, and meeting schedules of the Regional President.
  • Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, reports, presentations, and minutes.
  • Act as a liaison between the Regional President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Regional President.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks and projects, ensuring timely execution and updates.
  • Prepare expense reports, purchase requests, and other administrative documentation.
  • Provide logistical and coordination support for regional visits, conferences, and special projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive assistance, business coordination, or office management (experience supporting senior leadership preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment..
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is required; additional European languages is a strong plus.
