Description

– Maintaining and updating aircraft files: e.g. AD list, operating hours overview, equipment lists, inspection forecast lists, etc.
– Collaboration in work documentation: e.g. preparation of inspection reports, work reports, Form 123, etc.
– Communication with customers and aircraft owners: e.g. ARC and LTA monitoring and other deadlines, scheduling appointments and maintenance tasks, etc.
– Working with simple databases
– Working with and research in European Regulations, standards, laws and technical publications.
– Depending on your qualifications additional tasks, e.g. preparatory bookkeeping

– Commercial or comparable training desirable and/or experience in a commercial environment.
– Good to very good written and spoken English, confident English communication
– Good knowledge of MS Office
– Diligence, independence and a structured way of working
– A connection to general aviation is desirable, but not a must. Technical affinity is advantageous, interest in new area of responsibility.
– Older people, people returning to work, lateral entrants, etc. are particularly welcome. – The work involves a certain degree of flexibility.

OVERVIEW
– Beginning: 1 October/ 1 November 2024
– Location: Flensburg and home office
– Scope: approx. 25 h/week, possibility to upgrade to full-time employment – Partial home office (Approx. 20%), with familiarisation and regular meetings etc. on site in Flensburg.
– Employment depending on qualifications from 15 EUR/h or higher, after 6 months 16.00 EUR/h or higher and progressive salary development.
– Possibility to upgrade to full-time employment and further qualification.
